I got a call from someone saying they were from BT about my line rental. They started off with the typical "how are you today, everything alright?" and when I said "no," they just hung up straight away.

someone rang saying they were from bt and said they could cut my monthly bill from £25 down to £12. but we already pay £65 a month! this seems like a proper scam, be careful everyone.
