Phone number ☎️ 03300432529 👆 is reported as a persistent scam where callers claim you have agreed to sponsor anti-bullying or anti-knife crime booklets for schools, demanding payment around £150-£190. They sound very convincing, often using names and dates, but you likely never agreed to anything. They often want invoice details or payment over the phone. Some try to confirm generic or incorrect names before dropping the call. Overall, it’s a deceitful tactic to pressure people into paying for bogus campaigns with no authentic contract or agreement.

Got a call from 03300432529 claiming they could lower my BT bill. If they really worked for BT, surely they’d know my bill amount without me telling them. Then they passed me onto someone else, but I told them I wasn’t interested in carrying on. When asked why, I explained I’d had loads of calls like that pretending to be BT but actually just scams. The first caller said her name was Daisy, not sure what the bloke was called though.

Got a call earlier from someone claiming I’d signed up to sponsor anti-knife crime booklets. I honestly don’t recall agreeing to anything like that, and when I mentioned that, she told me it was “ages ago in August.” August is hardly ages ago, come on! I told her again that I wouldn’t have consented to that, and she said she’d forward my concern to someone else before just hanging up. Wish I’d asked for the exact date since it was on my work number and I wasn’t even around much during August.

Got a call from a lady the other day, seemed just like the usual ones about helping out with anti-bullying efforts at a local school. It only clicked when she asked if the invoice should be in my name or my company’s. I told her I don’t remember agreeing to anything, and she mentioned someone would review the tape from a January call and get back to me. Then she said she’d cancel the order for leaflets and books to the school and asked if that was alright, to which I agreed. After that, she just hung up.

I got a call from a woman claiming I had already signed up to sponsor an anti-bullying book for some schools back in March. She asked which school I wanted the books sent to and said I could get a £30 discount if I paid over the phone that same day, dropping the price from £189 to £159. While speaking to her, I quickly googled the number and read out a few reviews from this site. After hearing that, she told me a manager would call me back. Nothing but a total scam.

They prompted me for a common name, something like 'Ben', and when I explained there was no one by that name here, they quickly lost interest and just severed the call. I suppose it's on to their next dodgy scheme, eh?

I found myself in a similar situation! They were running a dubious safeguarding initiative, insisting that we’d had a prior conversation. Honestly, it didn’t ring a single bell for me. They knew a lot about me, including my home address and such. Quite the convincing act, but I’m certain it was just a phishing scheme aimed at swindling money over the phone. Whatever you do, keep your details close to your chest!

Got a call from 0330 043 2529 asking for someone I know, but that name isn’t linked to my number at all. Felt a bit dodgy so I’ve blocked it straight away.

Got a call from 0330 043 2529 earlier. They were asking for someone I kind of know, but that person's not linked to my number at all. When I asked them to say the name again, they just hung up on me. Bit odd, really.

Got a call from a woman claiming I backed some book charity for schools and now she wants £189. I threw her onto t####er and just ended the call.

Got a call from someone asking for a particular person, but we dont have anyone here with that name. They then started saying it was something to do with an anti bullying campaign. Once I said this was the tech support dept, they just hung up. Strange call.

Got a call earlier today from a woman saying thanks for supporting an anti-bullying programme for schools. I told her I had no clue what she was talking about, then she said she'd transfer me to their enquiries team and just dropped the call. Total scam if you ask me.

Got a call earlier claiming they were thanking me for backing some project that sounded like a total scam. They said they'd publish books and send them to schools, who’d then ring me to say thanks. I asked what on earth they meant, said I hadn’t agreed to anything and asked who they were. They said they'd transfer me to a queries department. Honestly, it felt like a right dodgy scam!

I recently found myself in a comparable situation. A lady speaking in a distinctly northern accent contacted me, insisting that our company had backed an anti-bullying initiative that was apparently thriving. She requested £189 to have our name printed in some books intended for distribution in schools. We firmly stated that we had not consented to sponsor anyone. In response, they promised to call back with a recording of that supposed agreement. We're still on the lookout for that call. Clearly, this is nothing but a scam. I urge everyone to withhold any personal information from them- not even an email address.

I got a call saying I’d sponsored some antibullying books for my nearby school, which I never did. When I told her that, she got quite aggressive. She asked for £180 and said the school would get a certificate with my name on it. I kept denying it, and then she mentioned that the call was recorded and her collections team would call me later. She sounded really serious and convincing, so watch out for that!

Got a phone call from someone claiming I’d backed some anti-bullying thing and that they’d chatted to me back in March? They also mentioned the call was recorded and asked where I wanted a bill for £189 sent. How on earth did they find out my name? I told them I hadn’t bought anything but she just ended the call. My worry now is if they send a bill in my name and it goes unpaid, who’s responsible for that? She spoke with a British accent, so I’m guessing it’s a scam from a UK call centre trying to rip people off.

I got a call claiming I was sponsoring some anti-bullying campaign. Told them I record all my calls and never gave any OK to that, then they just hung up on me. Total scam if you ask me!

Got a ring the other day claiming I'd backed some anti-bullying campaign - sounded a bit dodgy to me. Was starting to believe it till they suddenly wanted to know where to send a bill for £189! She’s off now to check the call recording; I’ve asked to hear it too, just to be sure!

I received a call claiming that they had funded an anti-bullying initiative and a related book. They stated that the book was ready to be dispatched to our school. However, when I mentioned that we hadn't consented to support any such sponsorship, they insisted they had recorded our conversation and that their debt collection team would follow up with the recording. This all seems rather dubious and smells distinctly like a scam.

I received a rather dubious message claiming I had sponsored an anti-bullying initiative. They mentioned some booklets that were meant to be handed out in schools and oddly asked for my bank details. It’s clearly a scam; I’ve never supported anything of the kind!

Got a call saying I’d sponsored some anti-bullying books for schools. Thing is, I haven’t sponsored anything like that. Feels like a scam to me.
