This company is meant to be legit (they do SMS meter setups) but they're so unreliable. I scheduled and got confirmation for a smart meter fitting, spent the entire afternoon waiting. The 4-hour time slot came and went. Not a single person turned up. No calls, no reasons given, nothing at all.

SMS Smart Meter Installations Keep ringing constantly. They claim they're calling for Utility Warehouse about fitting 'smart meters', but UW have never given them my info. Their product is alarmingly susceptible to hacking, which poses a significant risk to the security of our home network-and frankly, that's not something we can afford given our work commitments.
