He quickly switched to “OH, housing association then?” Nope, I own my property. He just said sorry and hung up. Later, I called the number back to find out the company name. The phone barely rang before a robotic voice started saying “you’ll be connected to an agent shortly”... but no company name mentioned at all! What kind of business doesn’t identify themselves right away? Feels like some sort of scam for sure.
