I recently received a phone call from this number, purportedly representing the Telephone Preference Society. They requested my banking details under the pretense of needing them to confirm my direct debit. They insisted that sharing my sort code and account number was merely a means to verify my identity and not revealing any sensitive information. However, when I expressed my reluctance to provide such details, their tone shifted dramatically and became rather aggressive.

I received a call from these folks, and they seemed to be aware of the precise sum I was after. So far, I've not shelled out a penny.

I received a rather suspicious call from this number, claiming that I had put in an application for a loan. When I queried the caller, he mentioned it was through Castle Finance. I informed him that my credit history isn’t great and that I lack a guarantor. Surprisingly, he told me that they would approve the £1,500 I requested, but I would need to cough up an initial payment of £165 before I could see a penny. I firmly declined his offer. When I expressed that I had no funds available, he mentioned that he would proceed to cancel my application-which I totally agreed with. However, about half an hour later, he rang me back, insisting that if I paid half of the amount, things could be sorted. I promptly hung up on him. He tried to reach me again, but I chose to ignore the call. Quite clearly, this was nothing more than a scam!

Yesterday, I received a phone call from a bloke claiming to be with Re-Loan, offering me a loan of £2000. Within just four hours, I found myself out of pocket by £285 and my bank account was still bare of any loan funds... what an utter mug I feel! Not long after, he called me again, insisting I cough up another £250. By that point, I had already contacted my bank’s Fraud Team along with Action Fraud. When I informed him of this, he issued a rather threatening remark about sending ‘the heavies’ round to my place. I truly hope the authorities catch these scoundrels and give them what they deserve!

Yesterday, I received a rather dubious call from a chap claiming to represent Re-Loan, who promised me a loan of £2000. He set the scene perfectly, only to ask for an upfront payment of £85 to supposedly secure the funds into my account. Lo and behold, just half an hour later, another character rang me up stating I needed to cough up an additional £200 before I could even think about seeing that loan. My brain, as usual not fully engaged, fell for it and I went ahead and paid. Surprise, surprise - the promised funds never appeared. Then they had the gall to ring me again, demanding yet another £250! At this point, I had already contacted my bank's Fraud Division and the Police’s Action Fraud team. When I informed him of this, he had the audacity to threaten me with a visit from the “heavyweights.” I sincerely hope these nefarious scoundrels are caught and dealt with appropriately!

They purport to operate as a lending institution, yet they’re utterly absurd. I was supposed to receive a loan of £700, and for the better part of a week, they assured me each day that the funds would arrive, but alas, nothing ever came through. In total, they've drained me of around £400, which I'm still anxiously awaiting. Honestly, it’s laughable! Spare yourself the trouble, cash, and endless waiting.

What a complete con, I must say! They rang me unexpectedly, then started demanding payment. I swiftly ended the call. Now they’ve rang me again, threatening that if I don’t pay up, they'll attempt to set up a direct debit and take money from my account each month. I’ll be alerting my bank immediately about this nonsense!

Last week, I had a rather dubious phone call from a chap claiming to represent a loan firm named "loans4all." They went ahead and deposited £120 into my bank account, then promptly provided me with details on where to send it back. Supposedly, this would trigger the payout of my loan. Right now, I'm on hold with the local police in Kent, hoping to unravel this baffling situation!

This has turned out to be a complete con, posing as a loan service under the name UK Fast Loan. The rotters have swindled me out of £170 and, rather brazenly, insisted that I cough up another £249 just to secure a £1000 loan. I've already involved the authorities and the fraud unit, so here's hoping these dodgy characters face the music soon and get their just deserts!
