I just got a text saying there was an issue with a card I don’t even have. Totally confused, thought it might be a scam or something. Never ordered anything or signed up for a card with that company. Has this happened to anyone else? Feels like a phishing attempt to me.

got a message saying £3000 was charged to my HSBC card. problem is, i dont even have an account with HSBC! I rang the number and after waiting ages they finally put me through to a woman who sounded like she had an eastern accent, she said she was from the "fraud department". as soon as i told her i dont have any HSBC card, she just hung up on me.

Somehow these scammers managed to grab my bank info and ended up hacking into my account. Honestly, avoid calling this number at all costs. It's really risky!!!
