Got a text from 07856466705 saying it was Santander, claiming I’d made a purchase at Argos for £645.63. They asked me to reply with a Y to confirm or ring 0330 024 846 if it wasn’t me. A couple of things seemed off - Santander usually phones me from a proper number, not a random mobile, and I hadn't even bought anything from Argos. I checked my account too and there was nothing taken out. Pretty obvious scam to me, so I sent a report to 7726. Also left this exact comment here on Who Called Me for others to see about the 07856466705 number.
