Really loud call centre in the background. They said they were selling extended warranties for home appliances. Told me my current warranty had just expired - but wouldn’t say on which item or when. I’m pretty sure none of that was legit.

Watch out - This is a scam pretending to be from Lloyds Bank. We checked it out and got in touch with the actual bank to report it. The caller said their name was Maria and used this number 0785114286. Police have been notified since they have the home address and are coming back today. They sounded really believable, so stay alert.
