I've gotten three calls in just one day from different numbers, all saying they're from House Utopia, some sales marketing firm. Every time, I've had to block them straight away.

Got hit up by some total telemarketing muppets.

Got a call about a free home health check linked to new government carbon rules. They said they’d offer advice and a no-cost assessment. I rang the number back right after to ask more but just got silence, no one picked up. Tried calling a few more times, still just dead air every time.

What a load of rubbish! They called saying they wanted to check my loft for damp and mentioned it was a government-funded scheme to put in insulation. Told them to jog on and just hung up the phone.

If you're really sincere, please just send me a message, drop a note, or email me. I avoid handling anything on the phone these days because the place is flooded with scammers, and unfortunately, the cops can’t do much about it.
