I had a really nasty call from some bloke who kept swearing at me like mad, calling me all sorts of names and threatening to come round. We ended up having a proper argument on the phone. Honestly, these people are awful, especially when you think about how they trick old folks out of their hard-earned cash. If I ever caught hold of that guy, he’d be in serious trouble - he really needs a lesson in respect and should be locked up for what he's done.
