Total con artists!

Someone called asking if my mobile service was alright, then quickly tried to find out how much I spent on it. When I refused to answer, they just said "OK, goodbye". Pretty clear it was a scam trying to get my info, but it didn’t work since I wouldn’t tell them my bill.

This person called me and just started going on and on about data, texts, international calls and stuff way too quickly for me to even catch everything. I just told them I’m not interested. They seemed to say Vodafone at one point, which isn’t even my provider. Felt like just some scripted message with no real conversation, not like a proper salesperson. Too pushy and robotic for my liking.

I’ve had three calls in as many days from a company claiming to be "Three," all asking if I’m happy with the service and pushing me to say yes. Yesterday, I said my service was actually rubbish and asked for some kind of explanation, but they just cut me off. Then today, they called again, trying the same thing, wanting me to say it was fine. I said no again and have now blocked the number altogether.

Was fairly sure it was dodgy. Some woman with an Asian accent ringed me up saying she was from Lebara, trying to sell me a 40% discount. I told her I didn’t trust it and ended the call, then looked up the number online.

Got a text from 0330 001 1319 saying I missed a call at 15:08 on 10 July. The message said it was a free call alert from O2 and gave instructions to stop it by dialling 901, then pressing * and option 5 twice. Pretty sure this is a scam, nothing legit about it.

A woman called me but I had a hard time catching what she was saying, so I asked if she could explain herself better. Then she goes, “What language do you want me to talk in?” I told her English. She snapped back, “I am speaking English, not Spanish!” Honestly, what nerve! I just ended the call - so impolite! How on earth did they even find my number? After that, they kept ringing me over and over!
