Had a call from someone sayin they were from the health board askin about covid jab side effects, then outta nowhere they started talkin about life insurance. I just ended the call right there. It’s not the first time they’ve rung me with similar stuff, I always just hang up straight away.

Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent saying I had a parcel stuck in London because it didn’t have a stamp. She mentioned she’d text me with steps to sort it out. While still chatting, I looked up the number and found this page. Told her I was onto the scam and she immediately cut off. Creepy thing is, she had my full name!

Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent claiming to be from Royal Mail, saying they had a parcel waiting for me and gave instructions to pay up so it could be sent out. The moment I mentioned Royal Mail wouldn’t normally phone me about parcels, she just cut me off and hung up.

Got a call from an Asian woman saying there’s a parcel or some “safe box” with two things inside that couldn’t be delivered, and it’s stuck in London. She actually knew my full name, which felt a bit off. When she asked for my postcode, I told her I’d ring Royal Mail directly as I wasn’t sure if it was legit. She hung up straight away after that.
