To my shock, I later discovered that they had managed to set up a new phone contract in my name-something I only realised after receiving emails from O2 confirming the new account. I've now reported the matter to the O2 fraud team.

I received a call from an Asian woman asserting that my parcel was stuck in London as it had been dispatched without the proper postage. She mentioned she would text me with details on how to retrieve it. However, while still on the call, I did a quick check on the number and stumbled upon this thread. The moment I confronted her about the scam, she abruptly ended the call. Strangely, she was aware of my complete name.
