You can find it here: https://www.pbebank.com/Contact/Call-Us.aspx According to the website, the number belongs to PB Card Services, which handles general inquiries, assistance, and feedback. They can be contacted at 603-2176 8000 or via email at [email protected]. Their services are available 24 hours a day. I'm not sure why they were calling me since I couldn't answer their call.

My mother received a phone call from a number claiming to be from Public Bank. This happened because she had recently replaced her credit card due to it being lost. Surprisingly, the scammer knew about the card replacement and even asked if she had changed her phone number associated with the card. They even mentioned the last four digits of her new credit card. Without giving any personal information, my mother only confirmed that she had indeed replaced the card and provided the four digits. However, the scammer then insisted she call another number for verification, claiming he couldn't verify her card with the information she had given. Sensing something was wrong, my mother immediately hung up. Under these circumstances, it leads me to suspect that this scam may involve staff from Public Bank, either directly or indirectly. It's important to be cautious of such schemes and always remember that banks will never ask you to verify your card over a phone call.

Just a day before, I received an SMS stating that there had been suspicious activity reported on my PBB account. I would like to address Public Bank and urge them to invest in their IT and security systems. It's important not to be frugal when it comes to protecting customers' information.

Received a call today from someone whose English accent sounded similar to that of a Chinese man. He spoke slowly as if he had rehearsed what he wanted to say. Furthermore, I could hear the sound of a computer keyboard in the background. Today at 12.10pm, I received a call from Kent claiming that I have a transaction of approximately RM5000+++ and asked me to follow some steps. Kent then directed me to an operator who requested my Full Name, IC number, parents' names, and address. It's absolutely infuriating as it's clearly a scam since I don't even have a Public Bank credit card. This is incredibly frustrating.

Bloody hell..there must be a scammer going around, called numerous individuals claiming there is a transaction of 5,000 and instructing them to press certain numbers.

I recently received a call from a person claiming to be from the debt collection department of Public Bank. He correctly addressed me by my full name and informed me about an outstanding debt. According to him, I supposedly owe Public Bank RM50,000 and have not made any payments for the past three months. I find it quite absurd considering I am currently an AKPK applicant. It begs the question if it is even possible for me to obtain a loan from Public Bank in my current financial situation. This situation is quite ludicrous indeed!
