Got a call from someone saying they were from the TV licence office, but I wasn’t entirely convinced it was legit.

This number belongs to a TV Licensing debt collector, they target older folks by sending scary letters and even turning up at your door with their bailiffs. Usually, these bailiffs look a bit scruffy and are of Asian background, so it’s tricky to tell them off without sounding racist, which is awful. Proper bullying tactics in my opinion.
