Upon looking into this problem, we found that this particular number had registered a whopping 49 calls, racking up an astonishing 73 minutes in total. They refunded the charges for July and August, but now in October, we've hit the same wall again, with extra fees piling up to a staggering £55. My uncle doesn’t really make calls, but he is able to pick up the phone, which I suspect might be the issue. Unfortunately, I have no way to substantiate this.
