I want to flag the number 03006147919. I've got a phone consultation booked with Dr Galli at Frimley Park Hospital on 9 August at 4pm, and have been sent messages confirming this. Simultaneously, this same number has been sending texts telling me I'm booked for an in-person appointment at FPH at that exact time and date, warning that missing it could lead to a £150 penalty. I've attempted to verify this booking through the My Frimley Health Record App, but it's not working properly for me. I never set a password, so the app said it'd send me a code to reset it. Though I did get the code, there's nowhere in the app to enter it, so I gave up trying to confirm today's phone appointment with the consultant. I'm really worried about being fined £150 for not turning up when I never agreed to an in-person visit. Honestly, I'd be happy to come down to FPH in person to get the app sorted and clear up this confusion.
