A voice said it was from HM Revenue and Customs claiming I owed unpaid taxes. They told me to hit 1 to speak with someone right away. They also warned me if I didn’t call back, they’d send a warrant to arrest me. Suspicious if you ask me.

Some guy with an Asian accent called me, but when I asked him for my personal info, he couldn’t really give me much besides my last name and address. I kept pushing for more details, but that was all he had. I told him if I googled his number, it’d probably say "scam alert"! Honestly, people need to call out these jokers and ask for full info about themselves. If they can’t provide it, then they clearly don’t have your proper details like legit companies normally would.
