Following on from Ian's recent remark, I received a call from 0300 200 9515, which purported to be about tax evasion linked to HMRC. They threatened that I'd face arrest if I didn't return their call by pressing option 1. The identity of the caller remains a mystery.

Received a recorded message that pretended to be from HMRC, saying something about pressing 1 to connect - which I certainly didn’t do! The message threatened that an arrest warrant would be issued for tax fraud if I didn’t comply. The caller showed as unknown, and the whole thing seemed rather dodgy.
