Someone rang me up claiming there was a warrant for my arrest and if I didn’t sort it out immediately, I'd be arrested. When I pressed 1, a guy answered from some call centre and said I had to pay more than £600 straight away, otherwise I'd be facing court and needing to get a lawyer. I just told him I’d rather take it to court. After that, he said alright, have a good day and hung up.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from the Inland Revenue, telling me there was a fraud case against me. They said I had to press 1 to get it sorted or else I’d have a warrant for arrest. I just ended the call straightaway. Definitely a scam.
