Got a call from some automated voice sayin they were from hrme or somethin. They warned me to press 1 or else there’d be an arrest warrant out for me. Then they just cut me off right after. Felt kinda sketchy to say the least.

I just received a dodgy phone call purporting to be from HMRC, stating there’s a warrant out in my name and ominously hinting at potential arrest. They insisted that to steer clear of the handcuffs, I needed to press one to speak to someone at HMRC. What’s particularly amusing-or rather alarming-is that I had only just been in touch with HMRC earlier today regarding my taxes, which are all in order. It’s pretty evident this is a scam, isn’t it?
