I just received a call from a robotic chap claiming to represent HM Revenue, warning me that I had to press 'one' or risk having a warrant issued for my arrest. Naturally, I pressed 'one' and instantly inquired if this was a scam. The gentleman on the other end insisted it wasn't, then promptly hung up on me. Quite the dodgy operation, if you ask me!

I've been receiving constant calls from someone purporting to be from Customs and Excise, insisting that I owe them money. I've taken the step of blocking the number now.
