This number called me pretending to be from HMRC and said I owed money. They really pressured me to send payment immediately. I ended up reporting the whole thing to the police.

I got a phone call from someone claiming to be HMRC, saying if I didn’t hit 1 right away, I’d be arrested. Pretty scary stuff!

Got a call saying they were from hmrc and that there was a warrant out for me for some tax fraud. They told me if i didn’t hit 1 right away to speak with hmrc, id be getting arrested real soon. Totally sounded fishy to me.
