I received a call similar to those mentioned earlier! It was quite concerning, but I didn’t engage with the number they provided. They alleged that the police were on their way to apprehend me due to a supposed warrant for my arrest if I didn’t comply with their demands. Honestly, these individuals have quite the wild imagination! - Caller: HMRC

I've received a similar call myself. They were alleging that I'd been mixed up in some sort of fraud and insisted I must get in touch with HMRC. Clearly a con artist trying to pull a fast one!

I've received a rather dubious call purportedly from HMRC. It's a complete scam, so steer clear! The caller was quite intimidating and really knows how to spin a convincing tale, particularly targeted at folks who might be a bit more susceptible. They claimed I had unpaid taxes and proceeded to threaten me with arrest. Definitely a con! - Caller: Fraudster
