I got a voicemail claiming to be from HMRC, saying I had to press 1 to speak with an officer. The message warned me that if I didn’t respond, they’d issue a warrant and I’d be arrested. Definitely sounded like a scam to me.

Got a call from a man with an English accent saying he was from HMRC. He told me to press 1 on my phone or they’d send a warrant for my arrest right away. I just hung up and blocked the number. Caller said it was HMRC.
