Just got a call from some scammers pretending to be from HMRC, looks like these fraudsters operate out of India and are trained to frighten you into handing over money. Don’t fall for it, they say there’s a warrant out for your arrest but it’s all a load of rubbish! Stay alert, these scammers can seriously mess up your life. It’s all a scam!

got a call from some so called HMRC guy named tommy, sounded like he had a thick indian accent. he kept telling me I’d be locked up if I didn’t cough up taxes then and there over the phone. honestly felt super fake. i can see how folks might get spooked by this nonsense tho! proper creepy tactic. as soon as i realised it was dodgy, blocked the number straight away. clearly just a scam! make sure to report these jokers so others don’t get tricked too!
