This has scam written all over it. If they really needed to contact you urgently, they wouldn’t be bothering over the phone asking you to press 1. Normally they’d send something through the post, and if it was super important, they’d probably have shown up at your house themselves by now.

Just got a ring from 03002004752 claiming to be from customs and revenue. They told me if I didn't press 1 to talk to them, they'd issue a warrant and I'd get arrested pretty soon. Has anyone else come across this? Sounds dodgy to me.
