Today, I had a rather alarming phone call from this number. The person on the other end warned me that a warrant for my arrest was in the works, which sent me into a complete panic. I can't express how unsettling that was. It left me feeling quite uneasy, and I’m absolutely furious about it, as it was clearly a scam!

I received a call from a bloke purporting to be from HMRC, informing me that there was a tax fraud warrant issued under my name. He insisted that I needed to press 1 to avoid an arrest warrant being issued. I made a note of the number but promptly binned it afterwards. This occurred at precisely 13:50 on the 16th of August.
