This call was a total scam, it was one of them automated messages from some robo caller claiming to be from HMRC saying I had tax money owed to me. Best thing to do is just ignore and block the number without pressing any options.

03002003707 is definitely a scam, so don’t even think about pressing 1. The voicemail says it's from HMRC and accuses you of falsely claiming income tax. They warn that if you don’t hit 1, someone will come round with a warrant and arrest you. This is total nonsense. HMRC would never get in touch via a recorded message like that! Just block the number on your phone, report it to your phone provider as a scam, and let HMRC know too. They often switch up the numbers they use. These scammers are just trying to trick you into handing over your personal info and bank details.
