Got a call today 22/02/19 from 0300 200 3439 claiming HMRC had opened a fraud case against me. Sounded pretty scary at first, but it was obvious from the robotic voice that it was dodgy. I didn't hang about though and dropped the call immediately, so not really sure what threats they were spouting. Honestly, gave me a right fright! - caller: 0300 200 3439

Had a call on my phone from 0300 200 3432 with some automated message saying I’d get arrested by the tax office for tax fraud if I didn’t press 1. I just put the phone down straight away. Before that, I also got a missed call from a nearby number 0300 200 3430 but didn’t pick up. Sounds like they were pretending to be from the tax department or something.

Today I got a couple of calls, first one came from 0300 200 3418 and it was some recorded message telling me to press 1 to talk to Inland Revenue about some tax refund or else they'd send a warrant for my arrest. I just put the phone down. Later on, another call showed up on 0300 200 3432 but I didn’t pick up. These sorts of calls really worry vulnerable folks and cause unnecessary stress. Proper nasty scam attempt, these people are total muppets.

Got a call from someone pretending they were the HMRC fraud team, trying to trick me into calling a premium line and probably charging me loads. Total scam, definitely not the real HMRC! Watch out for these fraudsters pretending to be officials.

Just got a call from 0300 200 3432 about some HMRC fraud thing, asking me to press 1. I foolishly did, trying to find out what it was all about. The person on the line turned out to be really rude and started insulting me for no reason. Then, out of nowhere, they called me a bitch and threatened to come arrest me before hanging up. I never said anything disrespectful, so it really threw me off.

Got a call earlier claiming to be from HMRC, said press 1 or they’d arrest me. I just ended the call straight away. It’s awful that these calls are still going on, not everyone would just hang up, some might believe it’s legit. Number was 0300 200 3432 if that helps.
