Just got a call from someone pretending to be from HMRC saying I was involved in tax fraud. Totally felt like a scam to me.

So, I got a call from a number that looked like it was from Manchester at first, but then it switched and I ended up talking to a woman who sounded like she was calling from India. I didn’t want to waste time messing around with them this time, so I just started replying back in a different language I know really well. She tried to keep asking her questions but soon figured it wasn’t going anywhere and just ended the call.
