Got a call from what looked like HMRC but it was just some scam trying to scare me with threats about arrest for tax fraud. From what I know, if HMRC has a serious issue with you, they always send letters, never call like that! Such dodgy tactics.

They claimed to be from HMRC but it was obviously a scam. This kind of call could really worry older folks or anyone who’s easily upset.
