I got this call from +3002003775 yesterday, it was an automated message claiming to be from HMRC. They said there's some sort of fraud thing on my name and if I didn’t press 1 they'd send a warrant to arrest me. I just ended the call straight away. Definitely dodgy.

Got a voicemail from someone saying they're from "HMRC" about some tax fraud charge against me and that I'd be arrested if I didn’t get back to them. Of course I didn’t call back, but it’s scary to consider how an older person might handle a call like that - it could genuinely upset them bad!
