Just like everyone else said, got a call saying press 1 to talk to an HMRC person or I’d be arrested. Fed up with these annoying calls. I block the number but they somehow ring from other ones! The number they use is 03002001858.

I got a call from someone saying they're from HMRC, claiming I've got tax fraud issues. They told me I either need to ring them back or I'd get arrested. The number they gave me was 0300 200 1858. Sounds dodgy if you ask me.

They ring up and just hang straight away. The number looks a lot like one linked to a known tax scam, where if you ring back, it costs you 10p per minute. Watch out, pretty sure it’s a dodgy UK tax scam.
