Received a call claiming it was from HMRC regarding tax fraud. The person on the other end identified themselves as part of HMRC.

Claimed to be from HMRC regarding a tax fraud investigation and accused me of being part of it. Given that I'm currently off work due to health issues, it seemed rather suspect. I hung up straight away - definitely a scam, without a doubt.
