I just got this automated call shouting about some tax fraud case against me and they told me to press ‘ to talk to the agent handling my 'case'. They even threatened I'd be arrested real soon if I didn’t. Proper scary stuff! I didn’t press any button though. No idea what kind of trouble they were trying to pin on me!

I got a call from someone claiming to be an HMRC guy, called "Kevin" or something, sounded like he had a thick Indian accent. He told me I'd end up in jail if I didn't pay some back taxes right there on the phone. Honestly, it's such a load of rubbish. I can see how some folks might believe it though, it’s pretty scary stuff. Anyway, I just blocked the number straight away, no way I’m falling for that scam!

I got a call on my phone from this number earlier today. There was a man’s automated voice pretending to be from HMRC, and it sounded pretty scary and pushy. The message was just like what other people have said. I’m thinking I should tell HMRC about it.

I'm pretty sure this is one of those scam calls! They ring up but don't say a word and don’t bother leaving a message either. Classic scammer behaviour if you ask me. I’d be willing to bet the next call will be someone claiming they're from HMRC, or telling me I’ve won some lottery, or even that they’re with a claims company or BT. They always use these tricks. Honestly, you should be really careful with this number!

Today I got a call from this asian bloke asking for my address and other stuff. I wasn’t having any of it and said no, then they just ended the call. Pretty sure it’s a scam.
