I reckon I’ve stumbled upon a dodgy debt collection firm masquerading as O2. They weren’t the least bit interested in verifying my identity or asking any security questions, which is odd because I’d expect that from the genuine O2. Instead, they dived right into requesting my debit card information! I'd strongly advise reaching out to O2 directly if you've got any queries-best not to hand over any details to these chaps!
