I got a call from someone pretending to be from o2 debt recovery. They never asked me any proper questions or tried to check if I was really an o2 customer. Instead, they just jumped straight to demanding my debit card info. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam. Best thing is to ring o2 yourself if you think there’s an issue, and don’t hand over any details to these dodgy callers.
