I received a dubious call from what was purported to be HMRC. To verify, I rang the HMRC general enquiries line listed on the official GOV website, only to be informed that there’s no trace of this number in their records. This number was included in a letter that came in an HMRC-branded brown envelope, discussing something along the lines of a minimum wage health assessment for our business; however, this isn't a service they offer at all. Quite suspicious, isn't it?
