I receive an excessive amount of bothersome calls from this number on a daily basis. Whenever I answer the phone without saying anything, a prerecorded message begins playing. It's quite obvious that it's automated and the person on the recording claims to be Nicole from NBN. At that point, I quickly end the call. It's unfortunate that I can no longer slam the phone down like before.

Our business receives numerous calls from this number every day, claiming that our NBN will be disconnected due to being on an outdated version. I have repeatedly informed them that we have already had a technician from Telstra check our system and everything is working perfectly fine. However, they persistently try to convince us that they are from Telstra. Instead of giving them a chance to speak, I simply tell them that I will call Telstra directly and they immediately hang up. We have previously fallen victim to a scam where these individuals gained access to our computer through TeamViewer and were able to tamper with our business bank account. Fortunately, we were able to recover the stolen money. Dealing with these individuals has become incredibly frustrating, and we are searching for ways to put an end to these unwanted calls. It is important to remember not to trust anything they say.
