On the first ring, I ended the call because the woman was rambling about home maintenance but couldn’t even mention my surname or the housing association she represented. She seemed quite irritated and rang me back, plus a few more times after that. She just tried contacting me again, and I firmly told her to stop bothering me!

Got a ring from this number saying they were from Cardiff housing. They couldn’t tell me my name or where I live and said I’d reached out to them earlier, which is rubbish because I’ve never dealt with any housing association. Felt dodgy straight away. Just ended the call.
