I received a call from someone who seemed to know everything about me-my entire name, where I live, and even my postcode. They insisted I verify the details, but I wasn’t having any of it. It left me feeling quite uneasy, so I took it upon myself to notify the authorities about this number as well.

I got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent claiming to be from EE, which is supposedly my network. But as soon as I told him EE isn’t actually my provider, he just ended the call.

It’s really scary how they’ve got all my details like my name, address and postcode. I told the woman that I was going to report her to the police and she just ended the call. Someone really needs to step up and sort these calls out, especially since they target people who are vulnerable.
