I received a call from a chap claiming to be with Curry’s PC World, insisting he could help me upgrade my mobile. Oddly enough, I've never set foot in one of their stores or bought anything from them before! Quite the curious situation, if you ask me.

I had an encounter with a woman who was acting as if she was representing Virgin Media. Without a doubt, she was being dishonest. Her accent was quite strong, reminiscent of South Asian origins, and she insisted that I had some sort of contract with them. Absolute rubbish! I've never signed up for a contract with Virgin at any point.
