Some bloke said he was calling from EE, said he could help me cut down what I pay for my sim only contract. He told me I was shelling out £12 a month and offered to slash it to £8. When I told him I already pay £6, he just dropped the call.

I picked up but nobody said anything. I could just make out some breathing and noises in the background. After like 20 seconds, they just cut the call. Seems to me like the number's been taken over by someone else.

I got a call from 02922647554, some bloke claiming to be an official dealer for Vodafone, EE, and O2 offering savings on my mobile contract. He had a really strong foreign accent that was difficult to catch and kept asking which network I was on. When I asked him outright who he was working for, he suddenly ended the call. Definitely seemed sketchy to me, so I blocked the number and marked it as spam straight away!
