My missus picked up the phone, and I have to admit I wasn’t best pleased with her at the time. We don’t have a soul we know in Cardiff, so when those chancers came round trying to peddle loft insulation, I sent them packing without a second thought.

Just received a call trying to sell loft insulation-definitely not interested, so I’ll be giving it the brush-off.

I’ve had my fair share of dodgy calls, but this one took the biscuit! Some chaps rang me up, acting as if they were doing a complimentary survey for loft insulation. Clearly, it was all a ruse-just an elaborate scheme to pull a fast one. Absolute nonsense!
