I reckon this might be one of those dodgy spam calls.

I received a rather dodgy call from some blokes who claimed to be checking up on the sluggishness of my BT router. When I informed him that I wasn't even a BT customer, he let out a chuckle and disconnected the call. It left me feeling quite anxious, to be honest. Although I recognise it was a scam, it’s unsettling that they had access to so much personal information about me.
