I reckon that was one of those spam calls.

So, I got a call from someone claiming there was an issue with my BT router being slow. I told them I don’t even have BT, and instead of arguing, the bloke just chuckled and ended the call. It’s proper worrying though, because they seemed to know loads about me. I know it’s a scam but still, it’s quite unsettling.
