Oddly enough, she mentioned having spoken with us previously, yet we have no record of that. Upon informing her that the director wasn't available, she mentioned she'd shoot over an email. I'm a bit dubious about this call-could be spam, as it appears they're reaching out to various organisations in search of their directors.

I received a rather bizarre phone call on my private number today from a woman who seemed to be rambling incoherently. She was insistent on speaking to my manager, and when I politely refused her requests, she resorted to hurling insults at me. It was quite evident that she wasn't quite right in the head!

I had a rather unpleasant encounter with a woman who demanded to speak to the director. She was incredibly impolite and claimed to be affiliated with a firm named CFS, which I must admit, I’ve never come across before. When I attempted to redirect her to our accounts manager, she rather forcefully insisted on speaking to the director, raising her voice in the process. At that point, I decided it was best to disconnect the call and block her number entirely.
