Got a call on my phone but didn’t answer, so I called the number back and told whoever it was to quit ringing me.

I got a call from this number on my landline today, just a little while after it tried ringing my mobile earlier. Missed both calls, didn't pay much attention at first but now guessing it's just spam. Annoying!

Had like five calls all in one day from these lot trying to get us to opt out of their call list. Honestly, they must have nerves of steel cause no matter what you tell them, they just keep ringing back. Proper annoying!

Got calls from Beneficial Options three days running, even after I told them the first time and every call after to stop ringing me. They kept repeating the same line, "answer the questions and we'll remove your number." I ended up signing my new mobile up to the TPS, plus all my family’s phones too. Looks like I’m stuck waiting 28 days before I can really do anything about it. At least this site gives me a place to let off some steam.

This number has been ringing me quite a bit recently, but I haven't picked up any of the calls.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Watford, but honestly, I could barely make out what they were saying. When I kept asking what the call was about, they got really rude and called me an “idiot.” They also threatened to ring me every day now. Can’t say I’m too bothered, bring it on!

I got a call from someone named Nathan Andrew Brooke, who apparently runs a company at 20-22 Wenlock Road in London. They were asking about my mum, who sadly passed away. It was quite unsettling to hear them mention her like that. Seems like they might be looking for opinions or something, but honestly, it felt quite wrong to bring up my late mother like that on the phone.

I told them a few times that I didn’t want to take their calls, and even said GDPR means they should stop, but they kept ringing me over and over from that same number, saying I had to answer some questions first before they’d take me off their list. So annoying!

I told them to stop calling me, but they said how can I do that if you won’t respond to my questions? I said I’m not going to answer any and to please not ring again, then they just went, alright, suit yourself. Seriously, what’s that all about?

I've got calls from this number a few times already, so I just ignored it. When I checked the voicemail, it sounded like a lady talking in some foreign language or something! Honestly, this number is proper annoying me now. Next time it rings, I'll pick up and tell them to piss off!

Got a call from some ‘Benefit’ marketing lot asking me to answer some questions, promising they'd take me off the list after. They reckoned I’d done a survey earlier, which is how they had my number in the first place. I mentioned GDPR to them, and they were pretty swift in agreeing to delete my info from their records.

I got a call from someone saying they were "Beneficial" in Watford. They wanted me to fill out a survey.

Got a voicemail that came off as quite cheeky. They used the word 'balls' more than once and then just cut off. Ended up blocking the number.

I asked her to repeat who it was, but she just hung up before I could make out what she was saying.

My mum got a call from this number, but the moment she picked up, the line just went silent. Still waiting to see if they'll ring again. Proper annoying!

This lady was such a hassle. She kept pushing and on top of that, her accent made it really hard to catch what she was saying. I've gone ahead and blocked her number. I'm based in Cambridgeshire.

The woman spoke with dreadful English and kept saying if I answered her questions, she’d stop all those annoying calls I get. I said that sounded more like a threat than help, but she just went on with her rehearsed spiel. What a load of rubbish!

I’ve had a barrage of calls from this number, 029 2246 6335, and yet more from Birmingham-based numbers. The person on the other end claims to represent a company named Beneficial, insisting they’re trying to take me off marketing lists. However, when I express my disinterest and request them to simply take me off, they become excessively aggressive. They even want me to indulge in a few questions, including what model of washing machine I own. Just this week, I’ve been harassed with five calls, and it seems I can expect these nuisance calls every three months at least. The last call I received was particularly infuriating, as the caller was downright rude, using my first name in a condescending manner and demanding that I pay attention to them, as if I were a fool. I reiterated my desire to be removed from their lists, mentioning that I've already answered their questions thrice this year. Yet, the caller insisted they needed to 'update' my information as supposedly my previous removals hadn’t been executed! When I declined to verify my address or age, I was told the caller was merely doing me a favour and implied I ought to listen, otherwise the calls would keep coming! Their behaviour escalated to shouting when I firmly stated I wouldn’t answer any more questions or permit them to contact me further. To top it off, the caller had the audacity to repeatedly say “screw you!” in a most unprofessional manner! Quite the classy establishment they run there! I have no idea who these people truly are, but their claims of helping me get off marketing lists seem entirely fraudulent! Instead, I’m starting to suspect they’re just looking to inundate me with junk mail based on whatever information I might unintentionally provide. Following that last wretched call, I’ve taken the liberty of reporting them to the relevant authorities. - caller: Beneficial
