First thing they say is that its not a sales call. Then they ask if my home uses oil for heating and go on about some grant for a new boiler. I tried saying I wasn’t interested but they just ignored it. After I said goodbye a couple of times nicely, they mumbled something I couldn’t quite catch and that’s when I hung up.
