I've been getting calls from this number quite frequently. Although I tend to ignore them, it's rather frustrating since I have to keep answering my phone just to see who’s calling.

We received a call from this number around 5 PM. A chap on the other end greeted us with a cheerful "hi." There was a fair bit of chuckling in the background, but then he just hung up without further ado. Quite peculiar, really!

It seems to be linked to the Energy Trust or something similar, and I can barely understand them with those thick Scottish accents.
