It really does just what it promises, as stated on their site. I'm quite pleased with the help I got from them. Honestly, it's a bit annoying that we have to pay for this kind of service - I reckon the government ought to step up and offer more support. Still, paying £49.99 to stop all those annoying sales calls on my landline, and especially for my elderly mum, feels like money well spent. After all, guess you can’t get something for nothing these days!
