I reckon this might be a scam, something dodgy going on for sure.

I saw the call was from Cardiff but I didn’t pick up since I dont recognise many numbers anyway. After reading some of the stuff here, I’m quite relieved I let it ring out. I always tend to answer calls only if I know the number, and this one was defo not one of those.

This number seems a bit dodgy. Gave them a ring for about 20 seconds, but they didn’t bother to leave a message. Tried calling back just a minute later, and once again, it rang for around 20 seconds with no voicemail at all. I've got no clue what they’re after, and frankly, I've got zero desire to speak to them. I've gone ahead and blocked them.

Got a call from someone about a PPI tax refund, total nightmare! They kept going on and refused to stop calling. Honestly, they were so rude and insulting it felt like verbal abuse. The only reason they finally hung up was when I mentioned I’d start recording the conversation.
